  • The app requests permission to access screen time data via Apple’s Screen Time API.

  • Legitimate interest: The data is required to provide app functionalities.

  • User consent: Users must grant explicit permission to access Screen Time data through Apple’s API.

  • Screen time data is used only to provide app functionalities (e.g., tracking and insights).

  • Data is processed in real-time and is not stored or saved after the session ends.

  • We do not share, sell, or disclose screen time data to any third parties.

  • Your data remains private and is never accessible by external services or advertisers.

  • We do not store screen time data beyond the duration of your session.

  • Once your session ends, all data is automatically erased.

  • Data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption.

  • Since no data is stored, there is no risk of breaches from stored records.
     

7. User Control & Permissions

  • Users can manage Screen Time API permissions in iOS Settings > Privacy > Screen Time.

  • You can revoke access at any time via your device settings.

Our app complies with:

  • Apple’s App Store Privacy Guidelines

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (if applicable in the EU)

  • Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) (if applicable to minors)
